SWEET OSMANTHUS PEAR JELLY

How to Make Sweet Osmanthus Pear Jelly with Rock Sugar Syrup: A Refreshing Summer Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 pears (cut into pieces)
  • 500ml osmanthus-infused water
  • 30g white jelly powder (agar powder)
  • 2 tbsp YTS Rock Sugar Syrup

Instructions:

  1. Pear Jelly Base:
    • Blend the pear pieces with water to make pear juice.
    • Pour the juice into a pot, add white jelly powder, and bring to a boil.
    • Pour the mixture into a bowl or mold and let it cool until it sets.
  2. Osmanthus Jelly Layer:
    • Steep osmanthus flowers in 500ml of hot water.
    • Add white jelly powder and bring the mixture to a boil.
    • Pour into ice cube trays or molds and allow to set.
  3. Finishing Touch:
    • Once set, unmold the osmanthus jelly cubes and add them to the pear jelly.
    • Drizzle generously with Ship Brand Rock Sugar Syrup for a sweet finish!
