How to Make Sweet Osmanthus Pear Jelly with Rock Sugar Syrup: A Refreshing Summer Dessert
Ingredients:
- 2 pears (cut into pieces)
- 500ml osmanthus-infused water
- 30g white jelly powder (agar powder)
- 2 tbsp YTS Rock Sugar Syrup
Instructions:
- Pear Jelly Base:
- Blend the pear pieces with water to make pear juice.
- Pour the juice into a pot, add white jelly powder, and bring to a boil.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl or mold and let it cool until it sets.
- Osmanthus Jelly Layer:
- Steep osmanthus flowers in 500ml of hot water.
- Add white jelly powder and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Pour into ice cube trays or molds and allow to set.
- Finishing Touch:
- Once set, unmold the osmanthus jelly cubes and add them to the pear jelly.
