Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Yuen Tung Sugar Factory (Ship Brand). To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Self Pick-Up (Recommended)

We encourage customers to pick up their orders directly from our Shatin office:

  • Pick-Up Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

  • Pick-Up Address:
    Units 11–12, 2/F, Block A, Shatin Industrial Centre,
    5–7 Yuen Shun Circuit, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong

Please indicate your preferred pick-up time during checkout and notify us in advance before arrival so we can prepare your order.

2. Local Delivery (Hong Kong)

  • Free local delivery is available for orders of HK$400 or above (after discount).

  • Delivery schedule by area:

Region Delivery Days
New Territories Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Kowloon / Hong Kong Island / Outlying Islands Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Sai Kung Tuesday, Thursday

🚫 Important Notes:

  • We do not offer door-to-door delivery to residential buildings. For residential addresses, our driver will meet the customer in the lobby of the building.

  • If industrial buildings require additional gate or access fees, these fees will be the customer's responsibility.

  • Deliveries to outlying islands (e.g., Cheung Chau, Peng Chau) may incur additional charges depending on accessibility.

3. Small Orders (SF Express)

  • All small orders will be shipped via SF Express.

  • Delivery is available to SF Lockers, EF Lockers, and pickup points.

  • Global shipping is supported, with shipping fees and delivery times determined by SF Express and the destination region.

4. Failed Deliveries Due to Incorrect Information

If a delivery fails due to any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Other delivery information errors

The order will be considered undeliverable and will be discarded without a refund. Please double-check all shipping details before placing your order.

5. Severe Weather Arrangements

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues any of the following warnings:

  • Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or

  • Black Rainstorm Warning

All deliveries and pick-up services will be suspended. Service will resume either 2 hours after the warning is lifted or on the next business day.
