  • Whipping cream: 500g

  • INSTRUCTIONS

  • Prepare Strawberry Jam:
        • Dice the strawberries.
        • Add 100g YTS granulated white sugar and some lemon juice to the strawberries.
        • Cook on high heat until it thickens into a jam. Set aside to cool.
  • Skewer Strawberries:
        • Thread whole strawberries onto skewers for decoration.
  • Whip the Cream:
        • Add 40g granulated sugar to 500g whipping cream.
        • Whip until firm peaks form.
