- Milk: 200ml
- White chocolate: 50g
- Gelatin sheets: 10 sheets

- Prepare Peach Puree:
- Peel and dice the peach.

- Heat 200ml milk with 5g oolong tea.

Steep for 20 minutes, then strain the tea leaves.
- Melt the Chocolate Mixture:

- Add 50g whipping cream, 15g Rose Brown Sugar, and melt using a double boiler.
- Soften 10 sheets of gelatin in cold water, then mix into the melted chocolate.
