  • 300ml coconut milk

  • 15g white jelly powder (白涼粉)

Step-by-Step Guide:

1️⃣ Create the Ocean Blue Base
Boil butterfly pea flowers in 700ml water until vibrant blue. Remove the flowers, then add 40g Ship Brand Rock Sugar Syrup and 35g jelly powder. Stir and heat until fully dissolved.

2️⃣ Add the Egg White Cloud
Whisk 1 egg white with 10g syrup. Pour into the blue jelly while still hot and mix. Chill to set.

3️⃣ Add the Coconut Layer
In a separate pot, combine 300ml coconut milk with 20g syrup and 15g jelly powder. Heat and stir until dissolved.

4️⃣ Layer and Chill
Pour the coconut jelly on top of the set blue layer. Chill until fully firm.

5️⃣ Decorate and Serve
Top with a mini mochi seal or any cute shape for an ocean theme! Slice and serve chilled.
