4 egg whites
50g whipping cream
45g Ship Brand White Sugar (added in three parts)

Step 1: Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine 1 egg, 90g milk, 60g Ship Brand Muscovado Sugar sugar, and 75g melted butter. Mix well.
