🍽️ Ingredients

Cupcake Batter

  • 90g milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 60g Ship Brand Muscovado Sugar
  • 75g melted butter
  • 80g low-gluten flour
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • Baking powder
  • Chocolate chunks

  • Whipped Cream Topping

  • 4 egg whites
  • 50g whipping cream
  • 45g Ship Brand White Sugar (added in three parts)

  • For Decoration

  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, etc.)



  • 👩‍🍳 Instructions

    Step 1: Prepare the Batter

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 egg, 90g milk, 60g Ship Brand Muscovado Sugar sugar, and 75g melted butter. Mix well.
  • Add 80g low-gluten flour, 20g cocoa powder, baking powder, and chocolate chunks. Mix until the batter is smooth.

  • Step 2: Bake the Cupcakes

  • Pour the batter into paper cupcake liners.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

  • Step 3: Make the Whipped Cream

  • Whip 4 egg whites, 50g whipping cream, and 45g Ship Brand White Sugar  (add the sugar in three parts). Whip until stiff peaks form.
  • Chill the whipped cream until ready to use.

  • Step 4: Assemble the Cupcakes

  • Once the cupcakes are cooled, pipe the whipped cream on top.
  • Decorate with fresh fruit like strawberries or blueberries.
