Recipe

Serves: 4 small cups. Total: 15 minutes plus 2 hours chill.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe green pears, peeled and cubed
  • 300 g water
  • 40 g Ship Brand Crystal Rock Sugar
  • 4 g agar powder
  • Half lemon, juice only

Directions

  1. Blend pears with 200 g water until smooth. Strain.
  2. Boil remaining 100 g water with rock sugar and agar until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in pear juice and lemon juice. Pour into four cups.
  4. Cool to room temperature, then chill at least two hours.
  5. Serve cold.
