Ingredients You’ll Need

🌿 Dough:
✔️ 60g Butter (softened)
✔️ 20g Powdered Sugar
✔️ 10g Egg
✔️ 10g Rock Sugar Syrup
✔️ 70g Cake Flour
✔️ 65g Almond Flour

🍫 Decoration:
✔️ 30g Melted Chocolate
✔️ Almond Slices (for the wings)


How to Make Honeybee Cookies

1️⃣ Prepare the Dough:

  • Cream the butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
  • Add egg and rock sugar syrup and mix well.
  • Sift in cake flour & almond flour, and gently fold until no dry flour remains.
  • Wrap the dough and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

2️⃣ Shape & Bake:

  • Divide into 8g portions and roll into small balls.
  • Preheat oven to 170°C (338°F) and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely.

3️⃣ Decorate Your Bees:

  • Melt chocolate and use it to glue the head and body together.
  • Draw bee stripes & eyes with chocolate.
  • Attach almond slices as wings.
