Recipe
Serves: 4 small cups. Total: 15 minutes plus 2 hours chill.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe green pears, peeled and cubed
- 300 g water
- 40 g Ship Brand Crystal Rock Sugar
- 4 g agar powder
- Half lemon, juice only
Directions
- Blend pears with 200 g water until smooth. Strain.
- Boil remaining 100 g water with rock sugar and agar until fully dissolved.
- Stir in pear juice and lemon juice. Pour into four cups.
- Cool to room temperature, then chill at least two hours.
- Serve cold.
