Raw Cane Sugar 300g is a minimally processed sugar made from natural sugarcane juice, retaining its light golden colour and subtle molasses notes. Less refining preserves trace minerals and the sugarcane's natural flavour profile — more characterful than white cane sugar, lighter and milder than muscovado or dark brown sugar.
Larger crystals dissolve more slowly, making it ideal for hot beverages, baking, sauces, and any recipe where a hint of natural cane sweetness is preferred. Also available in 6kg bulk bags for foodservice and commercial kitchens.
