🛒 Ingredients You’ll Need:
For the mochi dough:

👩🍳 How to Make It:
1️⃣ Whisk egg, milk, and sea salt. Microwave for 15 seconds until warm (~40°C).
2️⃣ Sift in mochi premix and cocoa powder. Mix until thick and sticky.
3️⃣ Add softened butter and knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4️⃣ Let the dough rest for 10 minutes, then divide into 40g balls.
5️⃣ Bake at 180°C top / 170°C bottom for 30 minutes, then cool.
6️⃣ Cut open the cooled mochi and set aside.
🍮 Make the Chocolate Pudding:
1️⃣ In a saucepan, whisk egg yolks and black sugar powder.
2️⃣ Add milk, cream, and dark chocolate. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth.
3️⃣ Add gelatin and stir until fully dissolved. Let cool slightly, then pour into mochi shells.
4️⃣ Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
