FAQ and Terms and Conditions
Please read the following FAQ and terms and conditions.

Pick up / Delivery Arrangement
Please arrange to pick up at our office in Fanling. The default pick up time is 10am-6pm.

We provide free ground delivery within Hong Kong for any order with whole case purchase. Extra fee for Lantau Island and Tung Chung.
New Territories: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Kowloon and Hong Kong Island, Lantau Island: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday

Tung Chung, Sai Kung: Tuesday, Thursday

Please let us know if you need any special arrangement.

All other loose purchase will deliver by SF Express (pay by receiver).

Payment arrangement

Under normal circumstances, all order will be fulfilled by cash on delivery term. If you choose to use Payme, FPS or bank transfer, or storefront pick up with cash, client can enjoy 5% discount, please contact our customer services (whatsapp +852-51008206).

Order Cancellation / Reschedule

All order amendment has to receive one day before the delivery. No cancellation and refund would be accepted after the order is confirmed.  We also reserve the right to not accepting any reschedule request due to limited availability.

Bad Weather Arrangement

Service will be suspended once typhoon signal no. 8 or black rainstorm is hoisted.  All delivery services will resume 2 hours after the observatory removed the typhoon / rainstorm warning, or the next business day.

Miscellaneous
Our products are calculated based on "Si Ma Jin", which is the Chinese Kilogram.

1 kg = 1.65345 "Si Ma Jin"

Invoice will be issued in Chinese unless other specified. English invoice is available on demand.

By submitting an order, you agree to accept the terms and condition. In case of disputes, the decision of Yuen Tung Sugar (YTS) shall be final and binding.
